didnt really weith my self the first day - i just guessed! lol i guess i weight more than i really thought .... thank god - i am dieting...
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can change your starting weight or weight goal if you want. 1. Go to My fatsecret page, 2. My Toolbox section, (second section on right hand side) click on my diet. Then edit weight details a: enter historic weight or b: change goal weight.
