This week was full of good intentions and not so much application. I could have done much better so I'm really pleased to have lost weight at all. Next week I'm going to use food diary sheets to help me better and I went on a run this morning so feeling am off to a good start!
178.8 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
