been a rough week, was out sick with a back problem, not much walking with this week, will have to change it up, some sugar in the diet, which is not good, but it was much less than last week.. Vacaction in a week :)
298.5 lb Lost so far: 89.5 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
