No weight loss again! I've been so conscientious! Maybe this is the weight I'm meant to be? I mean, I am 43. I just can't help remembering how much better I felt 10 lbs lighter and that was only a few years ago when I was working ouside my home. I know the 10 lbs is from sitting and painting (ok, and The Young and the Restless and Oprah didn't help!) but I should have gone down at least a pound by now! Note to self: calm down, don't get discouraged. Go eat a SB breakdfast and think about other things besides weight today. Life has so much more to offer. Go and enjoy it. AAAHHHH, I feel a little better.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't lose weigh when I eat nuts or cereal even though both are Phase 2 friendly. Pick something you eat daily and delete it for a few days...everyone is different with weight loss. I went for a couple of weeks with no loss and then lost only 1 pound. You would think I'd quit eating cereal and nuts!!!Ha Ha!

Good advice. Okay, maybe I'll try cutting out the lowfat cheeses I love so much. Maybe I'm having too much dairy because I have two 1% lattes per day and cheeses. And nuts are too easy to pop into when feeling like something fast. I'll omit the pecans from my salads. Geez, what is there to look forward to then?! Sex? After 24 years together that needs an overhaul, too ;)

I have to watch my nut intake as well as sodium in general. If I eat too much salts I stay the exact same weight till I watch it. As for the love life overhaul...I could use one too LOL :)

Weight comes off very slowly when you don't have much to lose. When you first start it melts off, but when you only have (not to trivialize it) 5 or 10 pounds left, they hold on for dear life. Youre probably not even doing anything wrong, it's just that the less you weigh, the less you burn.
