Four day fast is over!!!!! I can't beleive I made it! I thought I would give in yesterday. I originally was going to do just three days but I decided to add a fouth on. The funny thing is I only lost .3 of a lb so it wasn't really worth the extra day! In some ways it was easier and harder than I thought it would be. I was a little weak, not too tired, at time starving at time not hungry at all. I found the amll meal choices i did make were satisfying. I'm hoping that when I go back up I'll stay under 150, or 149.5(which is my next goal on Oct 18). I had a total loss of 4.8lbs, we;ll see how much I go back up. I'm trying to ease back into carbs over the next two day. I started my day out with a steak! Yumm! It tastes fabulous. I might do mostly broth and just a little salad to re intro veggies. Maybe similar tomorrow. I plan to go back to induction for a week of so after that. It is nice to see the 140's! I havn't bee here for a couple years and I usually didn't say here very long. My body really likes to hang out around 150. Hopefully atkins will fix that.
I've been really lax on the excersie latley but I have had NO time. I'll work on that.
