I ate 1/2 a chicken last night, and still lost weight. I sleep less now. I use to need about 9 - 10 hours sleep a night. Now I am good on 8.
198.7 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 48.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
