Good week so far. Lifted a few times, only ate primal meals with 1 day of fasting, and increased my protein intake. I think its a recipe for success.
Maui is in 5 days. Going to get in at least two more heavy lifting sessions and maybe even a little cardio to see if I can drop a little fat weight. For the first time in my life the whole eat more lift more is making sense and I like what I see. I don't think 165 is the right goal for me but I will leave it for now and reassess next month.
I think the lifting and eating is going to make it hard to not go up in weight even if it will be lean muscle mass and frankly people are shocked when I tell them I only weigh 169 lbs even with my 6"5 frame. At his point its all a mental thing.
169.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
