Uh oh. Where did I go wrong? I lost a bunch of weight now I gained 2.5 pounds. I splurge one weekend at Shoney's breakfast?? I have been evaluating if my 2 sandwiches in the morning have something to do with it. This can't be right. The only thing different I've been doing is some weight lifting. Perhaps it's muscle?? More to report next week.
