950 kcal Fat: 16.60g | Prot: 34.37g | Carb: 171.16g.   Breakfast: Oats Cereal (Instant, Dry, Fortified), Whole Milk. Lunch: Fried Whole Wheat Puri or Poori Bread (Indian Puffed Bread), beans, carrot, Cucumber (Peeled), Tomatoes. Dinner: Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, with Water), chicken stir. Snacks/Other: Papaya, ORANGE, Marie Gold Biscuits. more...
