didnt believe that i lost weight since last weigh in! i know my first lost was because my scale was crappy and inaccurate but my last couple have been on my new scale and i actual lost weight!
289.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 109.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
