still not keeping to induction carbs on some days calorie count has been better keep thinking might as well forget it and go back to OWL but really would like to get closer to goal weight before holidays
136.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
