Slower going. Only 4 more days of VLCD! Today's menu is Grapefruit, Steak, Onion, Grissini, Strawberry, Chicken, Lettuce, Grissini

146.6 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
