I'm a little bit mad cuz I just found out my scale is off by 2 lbs. This totally throws me off in my recent weigh in numbers. I just wen't to the doctor and they weighed me and I was 188 I came home and weighed 186 so its a problem with my scale. So lets start fresh again. I think the scale at the gym is the same as the scale at the doctors so I will add my 2 lbs every time i do my weigh ins. I will talk to you guys on friday :)
