Broke the 190 barrier. Food choices 100% nutritious. Exercise intense, except missed 2 days the past week due to work. Continue to become measurably thinner, the primary goal.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
