starting over went from a size 10 to a size16 crazy after all the work i put in to get to that size 10 but if i did it once i know i can do it again maybe i will reach goal this time
196.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Lot's of us have just started over. As a group, we are losing. Stay here and keep posting and tracking your food. You will do great! Hugs!

Of course you can do it again! You're still nearly THIRTY pounds down from your initial weight and you've caught yourself while still in Onederland. As M2B said, keep posting, tracking, and you'll be back on track in no time.
