Went low cal yesterday to try to catch up from two big calorie days at the beginning of the month. Did OK and will be back on average after today. Blood sugar something in the teens (maybe 118). That is totally on track, but monitoring daily.
293.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
