feeling good. people are finally starting to see weight loss. Had to loss a toddler in order for them to notice. Ready for my arms to be toned. Tired of my kids grabbing them because they are soooo soft!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
