Good morning!

Geez, this is the 2nd day in a row that I am UP in weight. :/

I'm doing good, staying within RDI, and going low carb on top of that. I'm not gonna change a thing, surely a drop in weight is right around the corner.

Actually considering that I had a scary 90 kg weigh-in just the other day I probably shouldn't be complaining. :)

Yesterday was rough on me, I had BAD sugar cravings. This made me eat more food (within RDI) and that might have affected this weigh-in. I had a banana, which fixed the sugar rush at one point, and over the day I had several snack bars, only 6 g of carbs in them, and a reasonable chunk of protein. I like them, and they fix my craving most of the time. I wanted to get into the chocolate and candies. Badly. But I didn't. This makes me proud.

I really feel that I got a better hold on things.

So today I am thankful for:
- seeing that photo of me again. Thanks, motivation, for coming back to me. Where the hell were you?
- Morning coffee.
- Spending time with Wife yesterday.
- The strength, will and ability to avoid cakes on cake day at work today. I will skip, and have some fruit.

Life is good.

SO glad you are feeling more in control - you KNOW the scale will eventually move in its own time!

Absolutely, HCB. It's always frustrating when you know you do good and the numbers go the wrong way, though. I hate it with a passion. :)

I feel for you!!! It is frustrating!!! Have you tried biking again? Now that you are well on your way of recovery it might be time to kickstart the exercise again. I know you were talking about it a little while back, a minute more every day? Keld you know you can do it!

I gotta say I haven't really gotten on the bike yet. As much as I want, I am super low on energy. I do have full intention of getting on it and get going. Maybe I simply need to find another time of day to do it.
