Ok...so I got off track when I went on vacation in August, but at least I managed to basically maintain. Restarted with high protein/low carb on Monday and have started dropping again. Hopefully the weight will keep coming off.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
