woke up very dehydrated. drank 2 glasses of cafe express iced tea and a few sips of diet coke at taco cabana. went out to eat w/ brandi at Cafe Express and had the Grilled Chicken salad (very heavy dressing… and had skin on 1/4 rotisserie chicken w/ a tortilla with Cand Roz. surprising 2.5 lost. i think it would have been more if i drank more fluid.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
