Finally i'm back on track!!! This last week I had an excess of liquids that i couldn't reed off !
Drink more water really helps you eliminate it!
Drink approx 2.0 lt water per day
135.1 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
