I had a feeling that I gained and I did. I cheated on my diet one day cause of being invited to a relatives for breakfast. But I'm not discouraged I'm goingto keep going.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
