My first weigh in -- down 1.5 lbs! Haven't felt deprived, but am using the food log to make the right choices. It makes a huge difference to see the total calories consumed and burned each day.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
