Been so busy, with company, yard work and responsibilities. Been eating well, and exercising consistently. Ordered some supplements (ALA and CLA) that I'm hoping will help. My body just really doesn't like to let go of pounds... I honestly have been doing my best.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOVE the supps!! How much ALA are you planning to take?? I take 600mg 2 x's a day. :) CLA is 1000mg 2-3 x's a day. Keep on kickin' it!

Thanks for the comment, girly! =D I think the ALA took about 3 months or more before I was able to tell a difference in the foot pain, but now, I wouldn't live without it! The CLA ... I'm not sure if I really notice it helping or not, but with it being recommended by a nutritionist and my own ARNP, I continue to take it as it's good at a cellular level, regardless of the weight loss. I take many other supps, too. I take Borage Oil (for the feet), multi vits, probiotics, resveratrol (check vitacost.com), coQ10 200-400mg/day- again good antioxidant at the cellular level, and Quercitin w/C for allergies. I hope they help you as much as they have me!

I was taking CLA and coQ10 for a while too! It can't hurt, lol!
