frustrating!!! hope i can survive the weekend, that's probably what's stunting my weight loss efforts. i do great all week then blow it on the weekends as much as i try not to.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
