Had a few problems, mostly on Saturday. Need to do better about my snacks and drinking water everyday. Felt good about how I did and felt good physically. Saw my ankles. Not slim but not puffy either.
349.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 184.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.0 lb a week
