Gained .8 lbs this week, I hope to be down a lb by the 3rd which will be the completion of week 1 in my "Just Run" challenge. Be sure to join the challenge!!!
238.8 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
