Finally, weighing-in. I didn't want to as I'm on a plateau, but then I thought heck, I'll bust through it like the Incredible Hulk when he's angry.

193.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
