I have not been posting my workouts. I jogged for 22 minutes on Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday and Friday for 27 minutes. I've got a total of 22 activity points for the week.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 1.9 lb a week
