On the way down now, and very happy for this! Today's menu is : Orange, Shrimp, Onion, Melba, Apple, Steak, Cucumber, Melba
153.2 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
