Into the 150's !!! Just barely but it is still downward motion!! WOrking hard and hoping I can get to 150 by the time I go to Roatan on the 7th of August.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
