Booo.. I've been cheating a bit. I've been eating some bread (on chicken sandwich) and a small amount of pasta (in 1/2 chopped salad). GAINED 1 POUND. But also, I've been working with weights so maybe some of that weight is muscle mass.
125.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
