Once again, went up.

I F-ING HATE all the birthdays this month and all the friggen cake! Cake is my weakness!

I absolutely hate it all. I am ready to just give up.

170.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

I soooo understand your frustration! Don't give up. Cut yourself some slack and get back to a healthy way of life. Remember you are doing this as a lifestyle change. It doesn't mean you can't ever eat cake. We have ALL had our slip ups and when they happen we have to not beat ourselves up. You are doing great! Every day is a new opportunity to choose how we will live it. Start fresh!! Blessings...

Birthdays happen and we are allowed to enjoy them. We are trying to change our lifestyles so that we will be able to lose weight but still live. Don't beat yourself up. Just get back to healthy eating today.

The diet I am on lets you have 3 cheat days after every 11 days. This round I am doing 12 days so my cheat days fall over Memorial Day weekend. I don't beat myself up so bad on those days. When I did SB and Atkin, I would feel really bad when I ate the wrong things. My son's birthday falls during my 11 day round and we usually go out to dinner and have DQ cake, haven't come up with a plan yet. I need to have my cheats days off for the weekend following his birthday because we're spending the weekend with friends and I know I would be setting myself up for failure if I was on the 11 day menu. I know how much I eat and drink when I am with them. You've done and look great. With support we all can do it.

This may sound silly.. but it seems that you have birthdays completely coveredif you can cut that one big evil weakness.. I would consider it a challenge..
