A rise again, but I know why....only 4 hours sleep and stress last night doesn't help!! My first attempt on the scale said 154, then I made coffee and stepped on before getting in the shower, it was 154.8 Kept reading 154.8. After the shower it was 154.4. I kept the higher weight on my journal today for extra motivation! I feel much better and lighter but we'll see! Today's menu will be: Grapefruit, Steak, Lettuce, Melba, Strawberry, Chicken, Tomato, Melba
I am looking for a greater loss tomorrow so here's to optimism!
