1078 kcal Fat: 21.87g | Prot: 49.81g | Carb: 111.53g.   Breakfast: blue diamond vanilla almond milk, quaker oatmeal squares, coffee. Lunch: Fiber Therapy, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, great value fruit cup, Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Dinner: sweet leaf green tea, sirloin steak, coffee, sweet potato, Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, with Water). Snacks/Other: weight watchers string cheese, merlot wine, almonds. more...
