Slowly, slowly creeping down now even though NO CHEATING! Is it because I forgot one Melba yesterday??? Oh well, down is better than up!

Today's Menu: Orange, Chicken, Spinach, Melba, Apple, Tilapia, Asparagus, Melba
154.2 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week
