Doing great -- not 100%. It seems when I exercise, I gain weight :-(. That's not encouragement to exercise, so holding off on the exercise for now.
150.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
