went to the gym for the first time last night in what feels like (and I think actually is) months! My damn cut on the back of my foot made it hard to run. I want to try putting myself on a "diet" where I eat kinda the same things each day for a week (like fruit breakfast, chili/grains lunch, salad dinner, avocado smoothie dessert). want to figure out calories soon, need to sit down and do this. Been ramping up my social life around here so have plans every night - gets in the way of sleep and exercise sometimes.
