My weight is back down a little I'm off today so I pray for my motivation and willpower not to "graze" all day! I don't know why the site says I've gained because I lost a lb guesus it takes a minute to get updated?
196.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
