A little rise today, however I did not cheat so should go down tomorrow

Todays foods: Orange Chicken Lettuce Toast Apple Tilapia Celery Toast

155.2 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
