So far so good for this week. I dont normally weigh in more than once a week, despite the fact that i go on the scales most mornings. Ok probably every morning. Have decided to record my weight each time i go on the scales for a couple of weeks just to see if it makes any difference to my motivation.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
