227.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 67.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1859 kcal Fat: 51.30g | Prot: 103.78g | Carb: 248.00g.   Breakfast: Light Singles to Go, Ham, Egg & Cheese. Lunch: Sprite Zero (Can), Chicken Club Panini. Dinner: Diet Coke (Can), Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich I could find e right sandwich so I made this up. Considering the 1/4 cheese stick and couple of fries I ate, this is likely about correct. . Snacks/Other: Coffee with Cream, Mini Moos Half & Half Creamers, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) . more...
