Yay 2 more lbs lost. I'm keeping up with my workouts and eating healthier and I guess I had a good week. I still need to loose those 5lbs by the end of this month to say that my goal was met for the month. I am tackeling 10 lbs at a time. That Means that by the end of the month I should be 180 :)
