Argh! Junk food cravings...TOM...+2.4 since yesterday. :0( So, how often does everyone "weigh in" here? Daily wigh-ins are discouraging & depressing.
98.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
