Being on the go and putting in a lot of hours at work has caused me to make some really poor food choices since my last weigh in. I got down to about 285, but relying on the vending machine at work for food has caused me to put on 10 lbs (yikes!) in a week. I put the brakes on that and started bringing my own grub (I work from 11pm 'til 7am, so my food choices are pretty much gas stations and fast food joints if I don't bring my own), so hopefully my body will follow suit and get back on track

I still weigh less than I did on my last weight in. I guess there's some sort of false comfort to be found there. :|
296.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Any comfort helps. I remember what it was like working graveyard shift. It doesn't coincide with anyone else's life. You sound like you are aware of the things that catch you so just hang in. I think this site is great because it keeps me honest and the support has been great.

glad you made it under 300 and applying those brakes now will keep you there! try the protein bars, they fill you up pretty well... and are easy to keep around... in a purse its is anyway! lol you'll be back down in no time!
