I know it is nothing, but I have lost 1 lb...not too bad considering Aunt Flow is visiting! I feel like such crap this time of month and have such a hard time watching what I eat! I still push to eat healthy, but don't stop myself if I don't...oh well, guess it happens.
Other then that things are going great....been hitting the gym as often as possible at least 3x a week, plus still playing volleyball and softball and that is going great, I can feel the inches coming off. My clothes, new ones that is are falling off again and I am so excited about it! I know 1 lb is nothing, but it is 1 lb closer to my goal and that makes me very happy!
