Honestly, Ive just been calorie counting and getting some cardio in at the end of the day. IF I miss one day, I just do some more the next...
160.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week
