I didn't do a good job recording what I ate yesterday, and I think it underscores a problem. I snacked on a bunch of small stuff and it was too tedious to record. But it's that very snacking that's the problem.

Today I'm going to have a few well-defined easy to record snacks and otherwise not snack at all.

200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

its hard to keep track of all the in between snacks thru the day...thats why i have cut all the snackin out, and only eat if my tummy is talkin to me like it is now...lol...come on bud get focused an on track again...eating healthier is a meal to meal plan...
