Woo hoo! I'm no longer obese!! And I lost 1.5 pounds so I feel I'm pretty firm in there- like this isn't 1/2 a pound of water weight. Sooo excited, although it sucks a little that I got to the point that I'm so happy about being oveerweight, but oh well. I'm here and I'm getting healthier. And again I wish I could shop everyday, because I lose so much after shopping.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 June 2010:
1724 kcal Fat: 67.44g | Prot: 72.63g | Carb: 193.00g.   Breakfast: Lowfat Blueberry Muffins, no sugar added carnation. Lunch: chicken breast, taco seasoning, avacado, tomato, great value fajita tortilla. Dinner: asparagus stir fry, frozen broccoli florets, Stir Fry Tofu, ginger. Snacks/Other: Pizza Sauce Great Value, blueberries, 2% Mozzarella Cheese Kraft, mission extra thin corn tortillas, great value fajita tortilla, Magic Shell, Blue Bell Cookies n Cream, Laughing Cow, basil. more...

Congrats. Thats a big achievement that I am still working toward. I know it is a little sad to say it but hell its a big deal.

Awesome feeling though I know I just last week became "overweight" so now we can work towards being "healthy normal weight" together! I am so proud of all your progress keep up the good work!!!
