40.5% Taking a long walk really seems to help me a lot (as far as reporting a little loss each day). Seemingly, even more so than more vigorous forms of exercise, perhaps because of the sress relief effect. And although vigorous exercise has other benefits that walking doesn't, I think its also that vigorous exercise makes me hungry, whereas I can burn the same amount of calories walking without my appetite changing much. I love going for walks.

Yesterday was a stressful day. One of my clients yelled at me for much of 90 minutes, and in the wake of that stress, I got my schedule confused and drove to the wrong next appointment. This put me behind, wasted a ton of gas money, and was embarrassing, and then my coworker/friend was stressing me out a little by his claims of persecution by our fellow coworkers, who I happen to like. I don't feel completely recovered from all of that yet. Maybe some nice breakfast, meditation, and another long walk will help. Hmmm, what to eat?

My aunt Minnie is taking me shopping belatedly for my birthday today. And then tomorrow is my nephew's baptism, and then to my brother's family's house for spinach lasagna rolls. I don't know what those are, but they sure sound good, don't they?

Anyway, 170s, woohoo! Getting closer to my mini-goal...

Shopping is always good for the soul and recovery!! =D lol Sorry about the bumbled up day. It'll pass, try to let it go and move on. Worrying about will only hurt you. You're doing great and yes long walks are great for the body, mind and soul!! ;) Keep on kickin' it girl!!

Thanks, BT! I am feeling much better already. Just needed some breakfast and time to think about today (instead of yesterday!)
